The Free Mini Privacy Check is a free lead snapshot priced at $0. Because no client payment is required for the free version, no refund applies to that service.
Paid service fees may generally be refunded if the client requests cancellation before DRG0NF1Y begins review, research, account setup, report preparation, cleanup tracking, or other service work.
Once work begins, payments may become partially or fully non-refundable because cybersecurity/privacy consulting work involves time, manual review, AI-assisted processing, administrative setup, report preparation, and professional analysis that cannot be returned.
DRG0NF1Y may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund, service credit, rescope, or alternate deliverable if a request changes, becomes outside scope, or cannot be completed as originally submitted.
Duplicate payments, accidental overpayments, or confirmed billing errors may be reviewed and corrected. Contact DRG0NF1Y as soon as possible with the payment date, service name, email used, and transaction details.
Refunds are not guaranteed because a third-party platform, data broker, search engine, public record source, impersonation account, social platform, email provider, or business listing provider refuses or delays action. DRG0NF1Y does not control third-party decisions.
Before filing a chargeback, contact DRG0NF1Y to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback after work has begun may result in service suspension, account restriction, collection of supporting records, and termination of ongoing work.
